Energy healing (also known as spiritual healing, faith healing, energy medicine, or energy therapy) is a gentle technique that re-balances the energy field (or aura) that surrounds and penetrates the human body along with realigning the seven major chakras (or energy vortexes) to clear energetic blocks that has or could lead to physical illness and/or disease.
In other words, spiritual healing is the channeling of healing energy from a Higher Source (God) by a healer delivering it via the hands to the client. Nevertheless, energy healing – regardless of technique – is not a substitute for traditional medical care and treatment. Instead, energy healing can easily serve as a supplement to professional medical care and treatment.
A well-known method of energy healing is known as Reiki, which is a specific natural healing system that harasses universal healing energy, channeling it through the laying on of hands in hopes of alleviating spiritual, physical, and mental suffering in the recipient.
